Year Six:
For our first year free from student life, we prepped ourselves for a year of change. But alas, Nick's amazing skill landed him a residency here at the U. No worries though, we have found ourselves very capable of adapting to the lack of change. :)
Sorry Salt Lake, I'm afraid you're stuck with us for the time being.
Nick is an official Pharmacy Resident at the University of Utah Hospital. Despite working at the same place, and said place keeping him as busy as ever, Nick is moving up in the world. No more tuition. No more tests. He even has an office! Sure, it's shared with 7 other residents...but hey, one step at a time.
Onto the second year of teaching for me. Now that I've tucked a little bit of experience under the belt, I'm ready to take on those 9th Grade Rams. I know what to expect, and I'm ready (I think) for another furious whirlwind of a year. :)

ReplyDeleteI'm a little disappointed you guys aren't moving to Vegas so Nick and Chrisotpher can live parallel lives. :) CONGRATS!! It's nice to have a trajectory, isn't it? Now for the job hunt....and the apartment hunt....GOOD TIMES AHEAD!!
